• Compact Node
For ready access applications in the external optical fibre network where Sirocco® blown fibre cables are spliced (to traditional or blown fibre cables). The joint is fitted with a pressure relief valve to prevent accidental pressurisation during blown fibre installation. It is supplied with 12 single circuit splice trays and sufficient components for installing one cable, enabling the breakout of up to 24 fibres (dual fibre circuits) to customer drop cables. Blown fibre distribution cables can be installed using blown fibre cable entry kits.

• Compact Splitter Joint
This product has been designed specifically for FTTp PON network architectures. The product houses up to four 1 x 8 Splitter Assemblies which enables cables (or blown fibre) to be installed and spliced to splitters for distribution to upto 32 customers on a single fibre per customer basis. It is supplied with a 1 x 8 Splitter Assembly pre-installed and sufficient components for the installation of one input cable. Expansion products are then available to allow up to four splitter assemblies to be inserted into the joint.

• Generic Joint
The Sirocco® Generic Joint is used predominately for fibre splicing applications, or as a tube distribution unit. The Generic Joint provides fibre management and splice protection between Sirocco® units or between a Sirocco® unit and standard optical cables. The joint is fitted with a pressure relief valve to prevent accidental pressurisation of a sealed closure during Sirocco® installation. The joint is supplied without splice trays and accessories, and is therefore configured using Sirocco® Joint Upgrade Kits, General Accessories and Sirocco® Tube Accessories.

• External Tube Distribution
Sirocco® tube products are complemented with a range of management components. These provide a high degree of flexibility within the network configuration. In-line and diversion connections can be facilitated with the use of "Y" and "T" tube joints. External Distribution Units are available for a greater level of tube management connections. These allow cross-selection of tubes within Sirocco® blown cables allowing easy re-routing flexibility.

• Customer Lead-In Unit
The OAsys Customer Lead In Unit enables external Sirocco® tube to be passed through the building fabric from an outside wall and can be used to enter any type of building whether an office, factory or residential. The Customer Lead In Unit comprises two separate units mounted either side of the wall, connected by a length of conduit. This product can be used with Sirocco® tubing or conventional cable.
There are two designs:
