Change to Cutting Charge to take Effect 01/07/10

Dear Valued Customer,
Following a review of all costs associated with ancillary services, we wish to advise that
our standard cutting fee will increase from $30 to $35 + GST per cut on Thursday 1 July, 2010. The
new charge will be applied to all cut to length cable despatched or picked up from this date.
Prysmian will continue to maintain extensive cutting facilities in all of our State
warehouses in order to provide timely supply of cut to length energy and telecommunications cables
which are not supplied in standard packs.
