As part of an ongoing commitment to improving the value adding services we provide, Prysmian Cables & Systems has begun automatically emailing order acknowledgements & despatch advice notifications to all customers trading via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

Each order acknowledgement is generated as a PDF document on the evening that the order is processed and emailed to the address supplied as part of the EDI process. The despatch advice notification is also generated as a PDF document on the evening that the goods are despatched and is also emailed to the address supplied as part of the EDI process.

Viewing both documents will require appropriate PDF file viewer software such as Adobe ® Reader which is available for download free of charge by visiting http://www.adobe.com
